Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

A designated meeting point will be agreed prior to travel and your chauffeur will be waiting there for you with a name board.

How do I make a booking?

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, you must give us 24 hours’ notice or more.

Why do you need the flight number when picking up from airports?

This is so we can track your flight and be in the airport at the correct time to meet you.

What happens if my flight has been cancelled?

Please call the office as soon as you hear so we can amend your transfer to the new flight.

Are your vehicles equipped to carry wheelchairs?

We do not have any wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Can I have multiple pick-ups / drop-offs on my transfer?

You need to advise the office of the extra addresses when booking, as this incurs an extra cost. The drivers will only pickup and drop off to the addresses in the booking.

Do I need to tip the driver?

This is up to you. All tips are always welcome.

Does Premier Travel charge more over Christmas, Bank Holidays and other holidays?

Yes we do.

When do I need to make payment?

Pre-payment must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the first day of your transfer, this can be made over the phone on 01424446655 by credit / debit card or cash / cheque at the office. We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Amex. However if you are making a booking that is within the 2 weeks prior to your transfer, full payment will have to be made when booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards including Amex. Cash payments (in office only), and bank transfers.

Will the vehicle arrive to pick me up if I have not made payment?

If no payment is received, the vehicle will not be dispatched.

Are all your drivers DBS checked?

Yes. Safety is high on our list of priorities, so all our chauffeurs are fully DBS checked.

What if my chauffeur is running behind schedule?

Whilst this scenario is rare, sometimes things happen that are outside of our control i.e. accidents on motorway/unexpected road closures. You would be contacted to advise that they are running behind schedule, and they would update you with regards to a replacement driver and vehicle if necessary or their estimated time of arrival (ETA).
